About

This project is the core of my personal business, built to solve the fundamental problem of potential wastage, dispersion and cycle of career changes without building anything among multipotentialites. It’s not a course, but an Experience Architecture I created from the ground up to redefine how this specific group achieves sustainable success. The process was entirely design-led, transforming deep insights from 20 multipotentialites interviews and their needs into a structured program. My goal is to move them from passive state / consumption to measurable actions and emotional clarity to build their own ecosystem of projects, proving that focused design can effectively rewire self-sabotaging behaviors and guide individuals to be more accomplished.

Problem

Multipotentialites face a critical paradox: immense potential that is often derailed by internal friction and self-sabotage. Their diverse passions and talents, while a strength, can become a source of tension when society pushes them to “choose only one direction.” This mismatch creates a deep sense of misalignment between who they are and the professional or personal paths available to them.

My mission: to transform this potential-rich chaos into a durable and stimulating ecosystem of projects.

Objectives

Rewire the emotional state and behavior

To shift individuals from fear, guilt and the feeling of wasting potential to a state of clarity, confidence, and engagement, while replacing patterns of passive consumption and dispersion with concrete, measurable action loops.

Create a sustainable ecosystem of projects

Build a stimulating and durable ecosystem of projects that is aligned with the individual’s core identity and by ensuring that intensity is focused on actions that sustain energy.

Structure the vision

To provide a clear methodology to synthesize multiple passions and interests into a unique and viable career model that can evolve with each individual.

UX research

To lay the foundation for a truly effective Experience Architecture, I initiated the project by conducting 20 in-depth interviews with multipotentialites. This research helped me to diagnose the core emotional breakpoints and self-sabotaging behaviors driving their struggles. The insights gathered were synthesized into five proto-personas.

Proto-personas

Breakpoints

I identified the breakpoints in their journey toward creating a fulfilling life:

INITIAL EMOTIONAL STATE

Fear & guilt: « I’m wasting my potential, » « I’m afraid of making the wrong choice again. »

Fatigue & uncertainty: « I’m tired of constantly changing careers, » « I get bored quickly all the time. »

SELF-SABOTAGE

Dispersion & overload: start too many projects to compensate without taking the time to understand their unique identity. This self-sabotage leads to rapid exhaustion and project abandonment, rather than sustained progress.

Passive consumption: scroll LinkedIn, follow newsletters on purpose, listen to podcasts, read sel-help books. But few concrete actions.

THE FAILURE

Not enough actions: try introspection and personality tests (e.g., Ikigai, Human Design) that provide theory but no clear and repetitive actions to anchor the change.

Traditional career models: solutions like standard skills assessments or career coaching typically focus on replacing one job title with another. They fail to provide the ecosystem mindset and architectural framework required to unify multiple passions and sustain engagement for multipotentialites.

The Experience Design

My program is the a way that translates multipotentialites introspection into measurable action. It is based on a hybrid methodology: skills assessment, introspective coaching, life design and project management. And the program’s structure (the steps) is designed to unblock the user sequentially.

Clarity through action: rewires the tendency to « say yes to everything » by forcing focused action based on its core identity. Rapid sorting protocol + MVA challenge + energy feedback by loop.

The multipotentialite sprint: sustains engagement by fragmenting the vision (Z) into rapid, validated novelty. The A-B-Z Protocol and 7-day sprints prevent analysis paralysis and ensure continuous progression through small + celebrated wins.

Identity anchoring: replaces passive wait with concrete identity validation through real-world testing to validate ecosystems, making human action a more powerful feedback mechanism than introspection alone.

The anti-passive consumption: select a newly consumed piece of information (podcast, article) + synthesize it into 3 key takeaways for main projects + one step for immediate application alone or with a partner + 3 takeaways of the action.

Coaching and training experience design

I designed a structured program tailored to the needs of multipotentialites. Using UX principles, I transformed abstract challenges such as potential wastage, lack of direction, … into a clear journey with three stages: introspection, exploration and action planning. Each step was supported by interactive tools and concrete deliverables, ensuring that participants could move from reflection to implementation with clarity and confidence.

One fondation:
Life Design

My approach fundamentally rejects the limitations of traditional career coaching, which often focuses on replacing one job title with another. With my clients I embrace Life Design for orchestrating a stimulating and sustainable ecosystem of projects, moving beyond the paralyzing fear of being wrong or the pressure to find one single « life mission. » I guide users to develop and prototype multiple, viable scenarios to test in the real world to provide durable clarity — not just about finding the next job.

User testing
and iteration

The first version of the program was tested with my initial five clients. Their feedback was invaluable in identifying what worked, what felt unclear and what needed adjustment. I applied an iterative approach, refining the tools, structure, and exercises after each session. This continuous improvement cycle ensured that the experience was both intuitive and impactful, directly shaped by real clients needs.

Website and
comm’ strategy

Clear messaging, visual consistency, and storytelling were key to addressing the main pain points of multipotentialites: lack of clarity, dispersion, and fear of not fitting in. The website and LinkedIn not only showcases the program but also acts as a first step in guiding users toward a sense of alignment and belonging.
