About

As coach for multipotentialites (and multi myself), this project is deeply personal. I wanted to design a program that truly resonates with people (almost) like me. Individuals with many passions and talents who often feel misaligned with traditional career paths. To achieve this, I applied UX and UI design principles to build the training plan, structure the coaching journey, but also to design a website and craft impactful communication that speaks directly to my audience. This user-centered approach allows me to combine introspection, clarity and practical tools into a coherent experience that helps multipotentialites create a balanced and fulfilling life.

Problem

Multipotentialites often struggle to find their place in a world that values specialization and linear career paths (even more in France). Their diverse passions and talents, while a strength, can become a source of tension when society pushes them to “choose only one direction.” This mismatch creates a deep sense of misalignment between who they are and the professional or personal paths available to them.

Objectives

User understanding & empathy

Conduct in-depth research (interviews, proto-personas, workshops) to understand the specific needs of multipotentialites, their frustrations, and their aspirations.

Design a clear and structured journey

Turn complexity (multiple passions, scattered ambitions) into a clear, intuitive and progressive journey, with concrete tools, digital resources and deliverables.

Create a cohesive experience across touchpoints

Align the training program, the website and the communication strategy to deliver a consistent and engaging experience that truly speaks to the audience.

User research

To effectively address the needs of multipotentialites. I conducted 20 qualitative interviews with participants from diverse backgrounds. These in-depth conversations provided clear insights into their challenges and aspirations. Based on this data, I created five proto-personas representing typical multipotentialite profiles, each with specific needs and goals. This work not only guided the design of the training programe and the website MVP, but alsi allowed me ti refine exactly which target audience to prioritize for the launch.

CHALLENGES

Difficulty prioritizing between many passions and responsibilities, leading to mental overload.

Feeling scattered due to the absence of adapted tools to organize ideas and projects.

Fear of starting over repeatedly without building long-term stability.

Struggling to fit into existing models (job titles, career paths, social expectations).

NEEDS

A structured framework for introspection to clarify identity and define high-impact projects.

Practical tools (time management, idea organization, project prioritization).

Moral and community support to validate their diversity and boost confidence.

ASPIRATIONS

Designing a career that integrates multiple passions without compromise.

Finding a sense of meaning and contribution in their work.

Building a life balance that honors both ambition and personal well-being.

Coaching and training experience design

I designed a structured coaching and training experience tailored to the needs of multipotentialites. Using UX principles, I transformed abstract challenges such as identity, scattered ambitions, and lack of direction into a clear journey with three stages: introspection, exploration and action planning. Each step was supported by interactive tools and concrete deliverables, ensuring that participants could move from reflection to implementation with clarity and confidence.

User testing
and iteration

The first version of the program was tested with my initial five coaching clients. Their feedback was invaluable in identifying what worked, what felt unclear, and what needed adjustment. I applied an iterative approach, refining the tools, structure, and exercises after each session. This continuous improvement cycle ensured that the experience was both intuitive and impactful, directly shaped by real user needs.

Website and comm’ strategy

Clear messaging, visual consistency, and storytelling were key to addressing the main pain points of multipotentialites: lack of clarity, dispersion, and fear of not fitting in. The website not only showcases the program but also acts as a first step in guiding users toward a sense of alignment and belonging.
